Wildlife Trek

All ages welcome. A maximum of 2 children ages 15 or younger are permitted per adult in a party, proof of age for children may be required. 

A separate admission ticket or membership is required for Safari Park entry. 

This tour involves about 60 minutes of walking, mostly on established pathways with moderate slopes. Mobility devices are permitted. Guests with mobility considerations should call 619-718-3000 to inform us of their needs, so that we may make appropriate accommodations.

Service animals are permitted. Some areas may be sensitive or restricted to service animals; tour routes will be adjusted accordingly.

Strollers are permitted.

Guests are advised to use the restroom before tour begins.

Snacks and drinks are permitted. Water is recommended. Guests may be asked to put food and drinks away/aside temporarily in certain wildlife areas.

Comfortable attire, walking shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended

Tours may be canceled due to inclement weather or for other safety reasons.

Change/ Cancellation: Reservations may be changed up to 3 days before the program. Changes made 3 days or less prior to the program are not permitted. Cancellations received more than 3 days before the scheduled program are subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to the program, payment is non-refundable.

Feeding and/or touching of wildlife is not offered or permitted. Visits to behind-the-scenes areas are not guaranteed. Tours routes are subject to change based on wildlife care needs and other factors.
