Cart Safari

All ages. Children 15 years old and younger must be accompanied by a paid adult. Limit of 2 children per adult per group. Ages 0-2 must sit on adult lap. Limit of two lap children per group. Strollers and child car seats not permitted on cart.

Change/ Cancellation: Reservations may be changed up to 3 days before the program. Changes made 3 days or less prior to the program are not permitted. Cancellations received more than 3 days before the scheduled program are subject to a $25 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to the program, payment is non-refundable.

Admission is separate and required. If anyone in your party requires the use of a wheel during the tour and is unable to transfer, after booking please call 619-718-3000 so we can request a wheelchair accessible cart.

Guests with disabilities:

• For guests who cannot transfer and complete tour without use of a mobility device, please provide advance notice so we may make necessary accommodations.
• One (1) ADA-compliant cart is available, equipped with a boarding ramp and mobility device restraints. Use of this cart is subject to availability; do not guarantee its use without approval from Safari Experiences leadership.
• This cart can accommodate a single guest using a mobility device, and up to 6 other guests, for a total capacity of 7. Tour capacity will be adjusted accordingly.
• Mobility devices must fit safely onto the cart and be securable using the restraints provided. If a guest’s device does not meet these requirements, they will be asked to transfer to a Safari Park-provided wheelchair. Mobility scooters available for rent at the Safari Park do not fit onto this cart.

Other Restrictions:

• No alcohol or open containers (exceptions can be made for medical reasons).
• Trained service animals, which provide a service to a guest attending the tour, are allowed.
• Strollers cannot be transported on the cart. Guests will be asked to leave their strollers at the check-in area.
• Restrooms are not available during the tour.
• This tour is an all-weather event. Refunds and rescheduling opportunities are not available for inclement weather. Please plan accordingly.
• Tours may be canceled for safety reasons.
