  • Age Range: High school students
  • Calling all teens! Are you interested in making a difference for wildlife? Then Conservation

Corps at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park is for you. Conservation Corps is a hands-on program

where high school students will have the opportunity to learn about conservation and

environmental issues, while developing a deeper understanding of animal welfare and co-

existence with wildlife. Participants will also have the opportunity to give back to the

community, by participating in conservation projects in San Diego County, giving students the

chance to learn from and network with experts and professionals in various conservation fields.

Please note, there are no animal handling or interaction opportunities within this program.

Thank you for your interest in the Conservation Corps program. Applications for 2024 are closed, please email EdOutreachPark@sdzwa.org with any questions about future opportunities.
